Minors Policy (Child & Teen Safety)

Heart AI Inc. ("HearHeart") operates heartplay.live as a general-audience service that does not publish sexually explicit content. This policy explains our age rules, how we protect younger users, how a parent or guardian can contact us, and how to report harmful material.

1. Minimum age

1. You must be at least 13 to create an account. The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
2. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we close it and delete the personal information associated with it.
3. A parent or legal guardian who believes a child under 13 has provided us personal information may email help@hearheart.com. We will verify the request and delete the information promptly.

2. Purchases by minors

1. If you are under the age of majority in your state, you may make a purchase only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and only that parent or guardian may authorize the use of a payment method.
2. A purchase made by a minor without that consent may be cancelled by the parent or legal guardian. Contact help@hearheart.com with the account email and the date and amount of the charge; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. We encourage parents to enable purchase controls on shared devices and to keep payment credentials private.

3. Content standards and age-restricted material

1. This site does not offer sexually explicit works. Works are reviewed before publication and are labelled with an age rating.
2. Where a jurisdiction requires age verification for material considered harmful to minors, we apply a commercially reasonable age-verification method before granting access, and we do not retain verification data longer than needed to complete the check.
3. Live broadcasts, chat and comments are subject to the acceptable-use rules in Section 7 of the Terms of Service. Messages may be filtered automatically and reviewed by moderators.

4. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material

1. Sexual content involving minors, or anyone who appears to be a minor, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the Service, including uploads, chat, comments and profile images.
2. We remove such material immediately, terminate the account, preserve evidence, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and to law enforcement where appropriate.
3. Creators must confirm that every person depicted in their works is an adult, and must keep the records required by law where applicable.

5. Reporting

To report content that is harmful to minors, illegal, or that involves a minor:

• Use the report control on the work, comment or broadcast, or email help@hearheart.com with the URL and a short description.
• Reports involving a minor are prioritized and reviewed as quickly as possible.
• In the United States you may also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement.

6. Staff and moderation

Employees who handle content or user reports are trained on our child-safety rules, how to recognize harmful material, and the escalation path for reports. We designate a responsible contact for child-protection matters, reachable at help@hearheart.com.

7. Parental resources

Parents and guardians can request access to, correction of, or deletion of a child's personal information, and can withdraw consent, by emailing help@hearheart.com. See our Privacy Policy for the full description of what we collect and how long we keep it.
